The Technical Bookshop in Swanston Street Melbourne always has numerous C
tutorial books for sale. One that I recommend you take a look at is called
"A Book On C" (subtitled "Programming In C") by
Kelley/Pohl (ISBN 0-8053-1677-9. I bought it around this time last year
for $46.95, but to me it is invaluable. It also doubles as a useful
reference for many of the commonly-used ANSI/ISO C functions.
