 Just my opinion, no real knowledge, but it seems to me that Santronics
 is trying to get away from fidonet type networks altogether. I am not
 so sure that PX was Hectors baby, but they do say they won't support it,
 and won't, and the fact they do not have a presence here is foolish,
 they are just hurting themselves. I think it is just turning into a
 business only Web server, No longer a BBS, at least not with Hobby
 aspirations. Your are right, the Winserver Community probably could
 come back if something were done immediately, but it is almost all but
 dead in Fido. Except for those who ran it for ages. But even then, where
 will they turn as things change? It almost seems Santronics forgot
 where they came from and are doing an excercise in self sabotage. I
 dunno.
