    Their inspiration is Buddha who gave instructions for his followers to
reach Nirvana.  Is his wheel using circular logic?

    Close.  The Church goes to the Father through the Son guided by the Holy
Spirit.  The logic behind the Trinity, or triune nature of God is Father,
Son, and Holy Spirit are all God and have always existed with him. 
Modalism declares that there is only the Father.  The Son and Holy Spirit
are merely roles.

    The same can be said of the God of the Bible:

Psa 8:1-9
1    O LORD our Lord, how excellent [is] thy name in all the earth! who hast
set thy glory above the heavens.
2    Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength
because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.
3    When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the
stars, which thou hast ordained;
4    What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that
thou visitest him?
5    For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned
him with glory and honour.
6    Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast
put all [things] under his feet:
7    All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;
8    The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, [and whatsoever] passeth
through the paths of the seas.
9    O LORD our Lord, how excellent [is] thy name in all the earth!

    He would have had actual maternal relatives.

    How so?  In the first chapter of John, the first 14 verses give us a
closer glimpse into the nature of God.

    Historians disagree on Mohammed's personal affairs.  Why?  Is Allah not
able to ensure his prophet who gave us the Qu'ran is accurately depicted?
And, why are Allah's people (the Islamics) always depicted as bloodthirsty
instead of peaceful even amongst their own people?

    I will say this: our (yours and mine) God of the Bible did not intend
nor does he desire his children (Mankind) to be fighting amongst
themselves. Jesus reiterated that by encouraging his disciples and apostles
to pray for those who spite them.  Unfortunately, we are human and subject
to temptations of pride.  Christianity is not spread because of us, but in
spite of us.  Similarly, God's will is likewise achieved.  And, I guarantee
that Allah has the same problems to deal with.
