What a pain in the neck it is to observe the hearings. NPR has it
on radio, but they incessantly break in to remind you of their great
community service and that you can catch their regularly scheduled
programming on the FM side of the dial -- all the while stepping on the
testimony so you can't hear it. CSPAN cuts away to whatever they usually
cover when they feel like it, and the cable channels are spotty at best,
and full of talking heads telling you what "they" think you just
saw... Grrr
