I think it was perfectly sequitorial (or logical, if you insist on real
words) position, as in, you suddenly find the Saudis credible (even as you
throw in a "they're friends of Bush" line of derision) when their
espoused point of view coincides with your own permanently preconceived
notion of the Iraq branch of the war on terror as being a misguided fool's
errand that will result in Armageddon....
