Apparently, someone thought it was the same as the newsgroup; all you have
to do is locate whoever's gating and ask them to stop.

As for an abuse of Fido, all they did is gate without permission.  It's
rude, but not illegal.

We had a discussion about this sort of thing before, either here, or in
another echo - I keep thinking Z1BACKBONE or Z1_BACKBONE.  There wasn't
really a concensus, so I suppose it's still undecided.
