You should look out for WCIDE. WCIDE is a DOS-hosted IDE for watcom c/c++.
It supports 16- and 32-bit DOS EXEs/COMs/LIBs (PModeW is also supported).
The complete Watcom on-line help (from CD) is available (Libraries,
Error messages, tools descriptions...)
You can also develop pure .ASM programs with WCIDE (WASM and TASM supported)
WCIDE is available at x2ftp.fi.oulu.com
and ftp.cdrom.com
The current version is 2.2. But there are still some bugs.
I think I will release a newer version (2.3) within the next two weeks.
