STATE FISHING SEASONS

I am trying to find out if the following states and provinces have fishing
seasons. What I am looking for is the valid period for annual the fishing
license for each state or province.  I am not looking for seasons for the
various species of fish.
 
If you are knowledgeable of fishing seasons in any of these states please
post it.  If the state or province has no season but does have a valid
period for their fishing license, please post that.
