I recently purchased a 1959-60, 43' Norseman Boat, 12'-13' beam.
It's a twin screw, currently powered by 454 C.I. FWC gas engines.
Borg Warner 2.5:1 gears turning 22" or 24" props.
The hull is hard chined, full keel, carvel planked (double planked &
batten planked in areas).
It is a heavy boat.
The previous owner thinks it was built in either North or South Carolina.
If anyone has information of any kind about Norseman boats it would be
greatly appreciated.
