You don't get that choice.

Its like this.  The doctor says, "PG, you're getting old, you're
almost 50, time for me and my Ass Battalion to go up there and see what's
going on."

Eventually I caved.  Mainly because my wife insisted.....

THEN, once you're on the table, eighteen-fucking-feet of snake-camera run
up your ass, everyfuckingthing on big screen TV, THEN they say, "Hey,
that might be a polyp, let's maneuver the Ass Ranger Camera over there and
have a look.  Oh!  Its a polyp, let's get it!"

And you don't have shit-all to say about it.  You watch it on big screen
TV, they go over and hit with their ass-phaser, poof of smoke in your own
ass, and that's it.

And the worst part is that now that they found a couple of polyps, which is
very normal, I have to go back every few years for MORE.

Its a racket.  That's all it is.
