According to MS there is no limit to the number of times that you can
activate the system. It's just that within the 120 day limit of their
data base (changes) that may require you to activate via phone instead
of automatically processing on the net.

The question is not "if". They have already added an activation scheme
to new copies of Norton Anti-Virus 2003. So far they have not announced
that they'll be doing the same thing to NU, Systemworks, or Ghost. But
I suspect they will since most versions of Systemworks include NAV.
MS started their activation scheme with Office 2000 copies sold abroad.
They then added it to Office XP apps, and XP Home/Pro. Intuit has
started using activation in Turbo Tax and many versions of Quick Books
and Quicken.
