Besides it being VERY expensive, I don't see how the decision was 
constitutionally leegal.  The freedom of press can not be denied, no matter 
how it's delivered as long as the person delivering agrees to do it.  I'm not 
a lawyer OR an LEO, so please tell me if I'm off base.
