Hi,
I am trying to help my friend locate her biological father.  She only knows 
his last name___________Sloan.  He was in the Navy in 1962/1963
She was born in Canada.  He may have been in the military Club business.
And possibly tdy or tad?  She found her adopted father was not her real 
father after her Mother passed away with all the answers.  Any help is
