Yep tactics like that

I wasn't thinking of the news media but the political tactics. I ceased
watching Fox much a couple of years ago ( and I don't care that much for
CNN either ) after they used strike for lockout one too many times ( It
probably would have been a strike as they said but the owners did the
lockout before the strike started)
I don't mind reporting from a conservative viewpoint , just make sure what
you say is accurate. I like the presentation style of Fox though.
I don't watch the Network news much. I prefer the print media but it's gone
downhill also.
Can you get NBC 13 out of Philly where you are ? When I was in PA I watched
them become a very very hyped up news show, esp. their weather. One
snowstorm they hyped up so much that the day of the 'event' we got a whole
whopping 1/2 INCH of snow. They spent the entire day telling us that it was
POSSIBLE for the storm to turn around and come back to hit us.There was
some talk of suing them as so many businesses and schools closed due to
their forecasts
If you can get ABC out of Philly I really liked their weekend Anchor Rob
Jennings. Just a nice simple straight forward news presentation. None of
the hype, almost boring
