In case anyone has any use for it, I just updated my MATHSTAT statistical
analysis package.  Browse the "Portable" section to find it. This time, I
actually included enough comments to make it useful. You'll also find a
new set of binary search functions, BINSRCH.C/H which I adapted to support
the new MATHSTAT. As an intermediate step in the current development
process, I had to adapt my general-purpose QQ double-ended queue package
to work with 64-bit doubles. I wound up not using it, but the variant is
also posted there as QQD.C/H.

The C code has been extensively tested and is, TTBOMK, bug-free (I'm using
a custom version at work for a client). Not so the C++ version, so if
anyone cares to sanity check those for me, I'd appreciate it. I'll get
around to it eventually, but all my current activity is in C, so my
present C++ interest level is low.
