Yes that could happen and you make a good point, but I think the problem
could be minimized to be no worse in its effect and results on the country,
than presently exists, by: 1. Madrassahs that exist outside of the USA
don't need to really educate their students. The students don't really
have to learn reading, writing, math, science. Their studies are limited
to their brainwashing. In the USA such schools would have to also teach
all these other matters, and if they fail to so do compared to the many
available alternatives many parents won't send their children their and the
schools would be decommissioned if their students couldn't achieve
mandatory success rates on standardized tests. 2. I don't think it would
be a problem criminalizing the teaching of terrorism, violence against the
USA, its people and its institutions, or violence against other religions
and the persons who practice them.
I think with the above the training of new people to hate their own country
wouldn't be any worse or more pervasive than exists right now.
