I have completed the English Manual for the METOO program and added it to 
the zip file:

The manual is quite comprehensive with screen shots etc. The French Manual 
will be available shortly.

In the future I will probably add some details about METOO's content with a 
blurb on Minipix and the Music used in the program as an appendices, but 
since this is a User's Manual, my focus is primarily on having fun rather 
than my fun.
