   We don't have a 'customer counter' to swap over, and there are no
facilities here for customers to bring modems in by hand for upgrades,
trade ins, etc. here in the US.  If you're in the UK you'll need to
contact our support folks in the UK regarding trade ins, etc. at
eurotech@hayes.com.
