Hi! Alexey, On Fri, 03 Mar 06, you wrote to me: AF> -R>, Resize your current configuration with a new AF> This deals only with maximum Node and Area records and has nothing to AF> do with maximum message size. I know this. :) But it's one of those conditions that can creep up on a sysop without warning. It's best to make sure the basic configuration file is 'sound' before attempting further fixes, I think. AF> This problem has no solution until someone will get FE source code and AF> remove this limitation. Really!?! :) I don't recall FE ever causing a GPF. Usually it was me doing stupid things because of inadequate hardware to run Windows in the first place, and basically affected mailers and BBS programs. I just checked an old config file's buffer size and can verify I've had mine set for 512k for almost exactly the last 6 years - it's dated 22/3/2000. Cheers, Paul. P.S.
