Shame about that. I think that the public was really suckered but I 
suppose until a player comes into the field who offers "caller pays:, 
then it looks like you're stuck with the present arrangements.
Thereps probably not much chance of this, as any new player would not 
wish to deny himself this very nice and lucrative piece of revenue.

What is PCS? I have a feeling that something like this may have ben 
proposed here but I'm not sure whether it is the same system. Could you 
enlighten me?
