I note that if teachers are accused and only
about 5% of cases result in conviction we have
that jerk in the Education department (RUTH
KELLY wanting to stop all these false allegations.
But if menb are accused of rape and only about
5% of case result in conviction something must
be done about it.
Why is it that when it is a teacher accused of
violence the assumption is of innocence; but if
it is a man accused of rape the assumption is of
guilt?
