I don't agree that this concern is so paramount that we need to deprive
everyone else and their parents of a good values based education for the
99% of the children who would not be so affected, and public schools today
not only fail at basic educating they value at providing any value based
education because of the intolerance of some minorities. So if the choice
is fix public schools for 99% of the kids and make it worse for the 1% that
are going to criminals anyway versus not fix it for anybody. I'm in favor
of not throwing away the 99% for the sake of the 1% with parents who would
be happy to have their children trained to be suicide bombers.
