It is EXTREMELY important to note that the 33k6bps Dynalink is a USR
Sportster clone, and therefore uses ITU-T Class 2.0 fax, NOT the far more
commonly used Rockwell Class 2.  If you are using a fax app which doesn't
support Class 2.0 (and I don't believe that Winfax does), configure both
your fax/modem and your fax program for Class 1 fax instead.  That should
solve your problems.
