I think rather than give the military more power over every state, it
should just be over Louisiana.  After all, its the incompetence and
corruption of the government there that is the entire reason for this
proposed legislation.

Anybody hear/see Blanco speak to Congress today?  Could you stay awake
longer than 5 minutes while she was speaking?  How did such a BORING idiot
get elected.  I mean its one thing to be incompetent and stupid, but to be
so BORING, incompetent and stupid.  Only in Louisiana.
