How about the Washington Post ?

Seriously the articles are saying that the Palestinian Authority Prime
Minister Abu Mazen and Nabil Shaath are claiming this. Post is quoting
Haaretz, an Israeli paper.

Lots of room for confusion . I doubt that Bush actually believes
this but if there is a fault its with those who claim Bush said it not
those who reported that the PA people claimed Bush said it
