There are several differences between distributions that are handled by the 
SETUP.sh, primarily in the area of how passwords are stored (/etc/passwd vs. 
/etc/shadow, etc.)  There are also differences in the groups that exist 
between the various distributions.

For the most part, the SETUP.sh handles finding what it needs itself.  There 
are a few things that are checked that are distribution specific.
