Is that the parish that was on Dateline/20-20/60 Minutes several years ago
because they were stopping people and confiscating their cars?

I listened to the whole thing.  On the one hand, the story is appalling,
and the security and law enforcement officers should be punished severely.

On the other hand, how dumb do you have to be to be furtively lurking
around a casino where large sums of cash are transferred daily?  I can see
where even sane security and law enforcement personnel would be suspicious
of them.
