| The biggest difference between the XP firewall and 3rd party ones is
| that the 3rd party software also blocks outgoing connections until
| approved.  XP's simply blocks incoming which is fine if you can
| guarantee no nefarious software being installed that "calls home" or
| otherwise utilizes outgoing traffic.  Since there's so many free options
| out there, there's no reason to stick with the XP one...

This person has had problems in the past.  At one point, I believe they
were probably running a zombie for China and East Europe all at once.  I
had warned them about keeping things up to date, but they've admitted that
maybe they have not.
