	Do ask them if they are running on an Athlon CPU and if they have recently
tried to install SP-2 or SP-3. These will destroy any such machine, I know,
I have three of them and one will only run SP-1 and two got as far as SP-2
but die on SP-3.

	Lots of data on Google.

	The solution is to redo the OS, I hope that they have the keys. I am up to
three redo on this one machine, no mas !
