Why do they call it "statutory rape"? A) Most people never do
that with statues in the first place. B) If they did, they'd probably
injure themselves. And that would probably be all the
deterrent we'd need to impose.
C) If the statue says, "Yes, I'd love a good fucking," in
response to their query, it not
only isn't rape, but the person would then be eligible for yon loony bin.
D) If the statue refuses, see C.
E) If the person brought before the court points out that the statue made
no attempt to
refuse sex, where's the case?

Sometimes I wonder about our legal system...
