If you went to the car dealership and they said "Oh, we're sorry but
our maintenance bays are down for maintenance" and then you went to
another car dealership and they said the exact same thing, and neither
seemed very concerned about it and there was nowhere else within driving
distance you could get your car repaired and it was right at that point in
the year where everyone winterizes their car, would you think it
incompetence?
