| subject: | Re: Catholics Will Do Everything Possible To Prevent Homosexual Civil |
From: Dionisio Patriot Games wrote: > I think its true. I think prior to the attack on heterosexual marriage most > people were fairly receptive to homo civil unions. > > Maybe I'm wrong? Maybe you should be drug tested. Your theory falls flat when faced with the facts. (Again, available via those handy-dandy folks at the boards of election.) Your further comments were proof of point. >>So, in other words, you lied. We can't call it anything. >>Well, I guess we'll call it what it's supposed to be then: Marriage. > > > Correct. That's our word. Come up with your own word. A snipped the rest, but had to include this. You freely admit that you lied, and then engage in playground antics: We could all see you being the selfish child, "It's mine, MINE!!!" The word is what it is. It conveys certain things to all whom choose to be branded by it: I.E.: Married. Just as "free" means "free" to all whom are so, so too does "married" mean "married" to all whom are so. Your "argument" was fought long, long ago. The "Separate but Equal" thing was defeated most soundly via the demise of the miscegenation laws. Now, I do realize that Christians believe in resurrection. However, I don't think the corpse of an argument you're championing is worthy of that. It is fetid. It is decayed. It smells. It was never worthy of respect. It was always about superiority, or the need to feel superior; Even if said belief was the grandest of ego trips... Just let it rot. Let it stay buried. Abuse of a corpse is a crime you know. >>Why should *we* join the ranks of the fork-tongued? It seems there are >>enough people in that immoral lifestyle choice already... > > You invented that. Flatterer. I must decline your assertion that I invented the Christian Fundamentalist cult. It isn't true, you know. Someone beat me to it by several centuries. -- And the Thought of the Moment (TM) is: I fell asleep reading a dull book, and I dreamt that I was reading on, so I woke up from sheer boredom.
