Nick,
NA> For me what blows me away is the loss of "labeled" Taskbar items.

I did a workaround...copying icons of the most used programs to the taskbar.
I've used them so much, that I recognize them by the appearance.
NA> Hate it, hate it, hate it... its like Microsoft wants to be Chrome-OS.
It seems like they can't come up with anything original. They see what
someone else has, and decides "they have got to have it...by hook or crook".
Remember all the crap with Stacker, DriveSpace, and DoubleSpace several
years ago?? They've copied stuff from OS/2 Warp and from Mac, among others,
over the years, and re-labeled it as their own.
Daryl
... Change is inevitable, except from vending machines.
