The web is Real Neat in some ways.

As far as Circuit City is concerned:

a) Try http://www.rexswain.com/httpview.html with http://www.circuitcity.com

Not only does it set a cookie that seems to have no purpose whatsoever, but
it gets to where it wants to go not with a server-side 301 redirect but
with a cheesy meta tag refresh.

b) You wind up (eventually) at http://www.circuitcity.com/ccd/home.do

Put this through the W3C Validator at http://validator.w3.org - 173 errors.
HTML is actually not that hard to code.
