  Several questions come to mind - China can now grow wheat cheaper than
the US?   Or, did they ship wheat over there, extract the gluten, and ship
it back?

   It may not be limited to pet foods.  I had a very unusual digestive
issue starting in early Feb.  It had  none of the classic medical symptoms
that are caused by a myriad of viruses and bacteria.   The summary was
bloating and sudden, deep chills.   Basic medial tests showed no
abnormalities.   I'm slowly feeling normal after a drastic diet change.  I
have no idea what the real issue was.

   Of course there are a million causes for these symptoms other than food
contamination, but that is still food for thought.
