I'm sure it's enough protection realistically, I was just daydreaming,
I'm a big fan of application level firewalls as I've just seen a lot of 
quite amusing situations where people had invested a fair bit in a 
network level firewall and then got owned through an application-level
problem, with the reaction "BUT WE HAD A FIREWALL, HOW COULD THIS 
HAPPEN?!" :)
