WHether it be the Geneva conventions or our own constitution it's easy to
hold ourselves to standards that are difficult
to reach, especially after the fact.
HEnce my argument that if you're going to say that by
utilizing techniques deemed unacceptable under the GEneva
conventions and our own constitutional law then the end damn well better
justify the means, and you'd best be able to
stand up before a court of law and prove this, no
equivocation, no bullshit. IF you can't, and you're the man giving the
orders then the law should come down with its big hammer upon you and you
should get the justice you deserve.
ASking the question is legitimate imho. NOw, it comes time
for those who ordered said practices be carried out to put
up, or shut up and take their lumps.
Regards,
Richard
