It goes beyond Bush. It has (and `had') nothing to do with Bush.


It is something that has been going on for many years, and only recently has
the United States reacted to it strongly, and only then after a terrorist act
that killed several thousand Americans in one single attack! If we had reacted
forcefully many years ago.....there would been no 9\11, and we would not now
be engaged in a war on terrorists the world over.
