I know that the clothes my grandma wore are nothing like the clothes 
my Mom wears!

True.  But, all us kids were sort of forced into them as they would 
last.  Dress pants last about 37 seconds on me before I put a hole 
in them somewhere!

What I liked was what was in style around 1970.  My girlfriend at 
the time used to wear what were called "grannie dresses" when we 
went out.  They looked great on her.
