Hi Jim. Scoutworks is the registration program used by most districts for all 
sections in Scouts Canada. Youth and andult members fill out a standard 
registration form, anf the infromation is entered into the Scoutworks 
computer program at the distric level. National council then receives a copy 
of the data from each district and is (in theory) able to process the 
applications more quickly.
