It depends on the details of how your original file is
formatted ;-)
If your original file has double carraige returns between the
paragraphs TSE Jr. will simply work. You can read in the file
and rewrap each paragraph. TSE Jr. distinguishes lines from
paragraphs using the double CR. In fact in TSE Jr. each line
ends with a CR/LF but it will use the double occurence to split
paragraphs when you do a rewrap.
As for the word processor import it depends on the software you
have available. WordPerfect will nicely import a text file where
there is a blank line between paragraphs and get the paragraphs
correctly most of the time unless your formatting is very odd
for a paragraphed document. I presume other major WP players
will do the same thing though most of my experience is with
WordPerfect ;-)
If your paragraphs are not separated by blank lines then things
get trickier ;-)
