Perhaps not, not in and of itself. But when added to all of their other
crap since 1979 including their current supply lines for the
"insurgents" in Iraq that are getting our soldiers killed,
they're way past their expiriation date. In fact, the wrong moves we made
way back then are ultimately responsible for just about every problem in
the world today.
