Around here, you either have Verizon or Comcast.  Verizon blocks inbound
port 80 (very stupid in my opinion) even though it is not too much to get
around with webhop/cloaking.  Comcast has a "soft limit" of 250
gigs per month.  Both have their issues, but I have stayed with Comcast.  I
have used DYNDNS since before they started charging (I have a lifetime free
membership).  I run my webserver, BBS, and everything except email at home.
