Huh? Clinton hasn't been president for what?  Five years?  Six?  This
number is all Shrub's fault.  He simply isn't fooling anyone any more.

37% is Bush's core support number.  It means that he's lost the support of
all independents/undecideds/conservative Democrats who voted for him in the
last election and is down to Republicans-only. If Harriet Miers turns out
to be less-than-perfect, then he'll lose Republicans, too.
