    Thanks, Andrew. Saving a local copy in Adobe Acrobat is just as easy,
but neither method solves the royalty problem. It is copyright material and
the author is entitled to his dues if you download a copy. That's what
prevents it until I can find out how much and how to pay, and to whom.
