And as a short term shelter it was a  good idea. I wonder how many of those
would have died without access to the Dome. Pity the followup failed l.

I try not to take him seriously . Gary does have some good points
when he doesn't go overboard with his toss out anything bull. He just likes
to stir the pot. Pity , when he's reasonable he can be quite interesting,
even when I disagree with him .

The particular web site was put up VERY shortly after Katrina struck and
only had a few stories from the first 4 or 5 days as far as I could tell.
Hasn't been updated since.
