FB> Procomm, Telix and MS-Kermit do it the same way {COMMO} does.
The version of Procomm Plus I had did not, Portal of Power does not, ANSI.SYS
does not (which is why TheDraw works the way it does), and my BBS does not.
This is still a trivial matter. The ansi spec does not call for this, and as
such, any program emiting ANSI/BBS codes should assume nothing more than what
is needed. The ANSI/SPEC assumes that the cursur would have moved to the
ext
line before the next sequence was sent. Even if you are not going to move
he
the next line before processing the UP sequence, you should move to the next
like on the next character after the UP sequence, which still puts the cursur
in the correct location. I am sure this is probably a quite simple fix...
All I do is create ANSI screens for display on the BBS, when my users
omplain
I have to research the problem, now, I may test some of these other programs
out, but I can tell you I have no problems with the Windows95 terminal
program, the Windows95 ANSI.SYS driver, Renegade BBS, and a few other
programs.
