The only 5200 cables I know of are 6 foot extensions for $7.89 part #83-350
from MCM at 1-800-543-4330 (order) 1-800-824-8324 (product questions). 
I don't remember what type of cable the 5200 used ( male or female 15pin) 
but have you tried an IBM joystick Y-adapter Radio Shack part #26-380.
