subject: Resizing an NTFS Partition

Has anyone ever had any success with resizing an NTFS partition with FIPS,
or any other partition editor/resizer?

The PC in question could probably use a reinstall of XP anyway, but I
thought I would ask. I got it second-hand, and have never liked the way
that the entire 80GB drive is set up as one parition. At the very least, I
would like to get it resized or repartitioned so that I can have the OS &
Program files in one partition, and my home partition (My Docs) in another.

That way, if Windows gets corrupted beyond repair, I might be able to still
recover my personal files.

I am also thinking I might want to resize/repartition it so I can add a
second or third OS on it.

Mike
