Translation: The whole point of nominating a woman is to make the nominee more immune
to criticism. How dare people not respect this immunity!

I mean, it kinda makes sense in a way. It isn't fair when you nominate someone as a
female or minority and you don't get the full benefit of non-white male bonus point
credit because people complain about the quality of the nominee. How dare critics
undermine what the President is trying to do. He's our leader. We should bow before
the superior wisdom of whoever occupies the Oval Office;
